• Meta Ads & Advertising: We manage ad campaigns for clients. All Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ad spend/budgets are to be paid upfront directly by the client to the advertising platforms. Treat Path Global only charges for campaign setup and management fees.
• Lead Capture Landing Pages: Every new website built by Treat Path Global includes a custom landing page configured for optimal lead capture.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Treat Path Global and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Treat Path Global. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Treat Path Global for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
